Hi, I’m Aga 👋
Over the past 3.5 years at Lustery, I led UI/UX improvements by redesigning onboarding, streamlining login flow, and enhancing mobile navigation. I also optimized search with better filtering and faster results, boosting user retention by 20%. Additionally, I launched features like Shorts. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and meet product design KPIs across all initiatives.
I’m currently open to new opportunities in Berlin or remote.
What's my work style?
Human-centered
I create solutions that benefit users, taking the time to understand their perspectives with empathy and patience.
Holistic
I tackle complex user experience challenges by blending creativity with Strategic Design Thinking.
Collaborative
I believe in building on each other’s ideas to achieve better outcomes. I work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Data-driven
I avoid assumptions by continually testing, researching, and adapting based on feedback and measurements.
My journey from motion design, through communication and strategy, to UI/UX
In 2017, I moved from Poland to Berlin after completing my BA in Communication Design. I began my career as a motion and content designer at a design studio and later at RCKT agency, which provided a strong foundation in UI design and collaboration skills, working with clients like Klarna, Pfizer and Friedrich Neumann Foundation.
Since the beginning of my career, I have freelanced, gaining valuable experience in ownership, self-organization, and process management.
In 2019, I transitioned to communication and UI/UX design, co-facilitating workshops for Zalando and APX startups to help them clarify their vision while working on web designs at PEAK consultancy. During this time, I also earned my MA in Strategic Design, collaborating with VW and Active Philanthropy.
In 2020, I became Lead Designer at Lustery.

When I’m not designing…
You might find me in the darkroom developing analog photos from my travels (my latest shots from Taiwan and Japan 🥵), bouldering at Ostblock, enjoying quiet moments in the sauna, or screen printing T-shirts for my side project, Girls Pleasures.
